1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms") govern the relationship between wynbd (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, places bets or wagers through, or otherwise uses the wynbd platform in any manner (referred to as "you", "the User", or "the Player").

By completing the registration process on wynbd, depositing funds, or using any feature of the platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, fishing games, live dealer tables, and bonus features — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their content.
• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are registering solely for your own recreational use.
• All information you provide during registration and thereafter is accurate, truthful, and current.
• You accept that wynbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform or by email to your registered address.

wynbd operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players. The platform is made available in English and is designed for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in any dispute.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wynbd platform and, if applicable, contact support at [email protected] to arrange closure of your account and return of any withdrawable balance.

2 Age Restriction and Eligibility

wynbd is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years may register, deposit, play, or otherwise participate on the platform under any circumstances. This restriction is absolute and applies without exception.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, users must satisfy the following eligibility criteria to maintain an active account on wynbd:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on wynbd. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by wynbd or self-requested — at the time you attempt to access the platform.
• Sound judgement: You must not use the platform while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any condition that impairs your ability to make rational financial decisions.
• Personal funds: You must only gamble using funds that belong to you. Using borrowed money, funds obtained fraudulently, or money held on behalf of a third party to fund gambling activity is prohibited.

wynbd conducts age verification as part of the registration process and again before processing a player's first withdrawal. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, wynbd reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and report the matter as required. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and the deposited principal may be returned to the payment source at wynbd's discretion.

Parents and guardians are reminded that it is their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you believe a minor has accessed wynbd, please contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold exactly one account on the wynbd platform. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and any additional verification details requested during the process. All registration details must correspond to your real identity — fictitious names, aliases used for deceptive purposes, or details belonging to another individual are not permitted.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials — username, password, or any one-time verification codes — with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly if you are using a shared or public device.
• Notify wynbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

wynbd will never contact you by email, chat, or any other channel to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from wynbd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before a player's first withdrawal and may also be triggered by unusual account activity. Verification documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by wynbd may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

wynbd reserves the right to close any account that is found to have been registered using false information, linked to fraudulent activity, or associated with any form of collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the wynbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wynbd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the cashier page within your account.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 via bKash and Nagad; specific minimums for other methods are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your wynbd account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• wynbd does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 via bKash and Nagad; specific minimums for other methods are displayed at the point of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is within one hour of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a pending period during which the request is reviewed by the wynbd compliance team. This period does not ordinarily exceed 24 hours.
• wynbd reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals linked to active bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements will not be approved until those requirements are met.

If a deposit is made in error or a player wishes to reverse a transaction before wagering activity has begun, please contact [email protected] promptly. wynbd will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee reversal once funds have been credited and play has commenced.

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

wynbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Independence Day, and Victory Day. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on wynbd unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds — and in some cases the deposit associated with the bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published alongside the offer.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to completion before the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice.
• Maximum bet rule: While an active bonus is attached to your account, the maximum stake per game round or bet is ৳500 (or the equivalent as specified in the promotion terms). Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Opt-in: Some promotions require explicit opt-in. Depositing alone does not automatically qualify you for a promotional offer unless the promotion is stated to be automatic.

wynbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to remove bonus funds from any account where fraudulent activity, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms is suspected. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the wynbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, using another person's identity, impersonating a wynbd employee, or misrepresenting any information to gain an advantage on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format offered on wynbd.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through the creation of multiple accounts, systematic hedging, reverse bonus exploitation, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider for funds that were genuinely deposited into and used on the wynbd platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the wynbd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine recreational gambling. wynbd complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity accordingly.
• Disruptive behaviour: Abusing, harassing, or threatening wynbd staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the platform after a self-exclusion, account suspension, or ban has been imposed — including by registering a new account.

wynbd uses advanced fraud detection, IP analysis, and behavioural monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. The platform reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take proportionate action where violations are identified. Users who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may appeal by contacting [email protected] with supporting documentation.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

wynbd may suspend or permanently close a player's account at its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially illegal activity has been detected on the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the wynbd responsible gaming programme.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires the account to be restricted or closed.

Voluntary account closure: Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, wynbd will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to the player's verified payment method before closing the account, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active investigations being in progress.

Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked, deposits are blocked, and promotional communications are suspended. To activate self-exclusion, contact [email protected] clearly stating the requested exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms.

Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. wynbd will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before applying any dormant account administration fee. The applicable fee schedule is available on request from [email protected].

8 Limitation of Liability

wynbd provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. While we invest significantly in platform stability and uptime monitoring, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider issues, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wynbd's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their wynbd account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wynbd accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated gains arising from platform downtime, game errors, or technical malfunctions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble beyond their financial means.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, howsoever arising.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or telecommunications services outside wynbd's direct control.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to a player's account, wynbd reserves the right to void the affected game round and correct the account balance accordingly. Players will be notified where this action is taken.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the wynbd platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint, please contact [email protected] in the first instance. wynbd is committed to resolving all legitimate complaints promptly and fairly.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. wynbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
